I'm sure Spursking means links to other forums? I've seen other boards like Newcastle-Online have a sticky for links to other clubs' messageboards, which I think is a good idea.
General Football:
Though I hate to admit it, F365's Football Forum is probably among the largest and most active out there (something like 1000 online at once is fairly normal), though it's populated by way too many gooners and manure fans (yids the fifth most supported granted). Too many WUMs and a lot of the discussion isn't about football, though it's provided me with plenty of links to interesting videos and stuff before; not much goes unnoticed.
Bigsoccer is more for American / Latin American fans, a lot of MLS and Mexican League discussion though it covers just about all the major leagues.
Footballforums.net is pretty large, though not as active as F365.
TotalFootballForums.com and Soccerpulse are both smaller than the above, though the latter has a great video section.
Transfermarkt.de is German but I like it for its gossip section (we happen to be linked with everyone), good international forum on there too, though most of their main forum is concerned with the Bundesliga naturally.
Xtratime also covers a lot of leagues, Serie A seems to be the largest but the PL and La Liga aren't far behind.
