Great to see him back today, stayed behind for a minute after full time and saw him talking to/hugging Lloris/Verts/Eriksen which was nice. So glad he’s well again.

Thought the standing ovation he got when he came on was a nice touch of class from the whole ground.

That was class from our fans. We are appreciative of former players like Defoe and Lennon who tried their best for us.

Should have been highlighted on MOTD. Not to "big up" Spurs fans - but just to highlight the way Lennon's fought past his issues and the support you get when its needed.

Agreed.

They did give it some attention on BT, in fairness. I have no idea what sort of viewing figures BT get though. I imagine small compared with MOTD. Aaron deserves all the positive attention and credit he gets.

Great reception for him yesterday

Fully deserved. Was a fantastic player for us at the beginning of the 'new era'

Just saw the game on MotD and he was really effective down the left. Want it Jol who tried him in left and up front? I'm sure if his confidence was better Lennon would've been on the score sheet more

Love Azza to bits. True professional and a gentleman. Hope he can recover and a rich fulfilling life also after football

He was always that layer that got me off my seat. I loved the way he ran and his shit crossing but loved him. Happy he scored and actually looks far happier etc - which I'm glad.

Although his voice doesn't seem to match him - weird.

Slightly OT , but has anyone heard Moddy's deep voice...equally disconcerting..

Loved AL. Such a shame about the issues he faces

When he first came to the club he was absolutely electic, completely unplayable. That's what you pay money to see

Good to see him fit and well and doing the business again
