Lennon is obviously Spur's most lethal weapon.
Martin Jol may realise the fact but never really stress this to his centre midfielders Zokora and Jenas; whom most often than not passes sideway or backwards

Lennon will get more of the ball under Ramos. Mark of a tactically sound manager.

Or a manager with different tactics? Jol is dutch and wanted a fluid team full of players who could do lots of different jobs, Ramos has always liked to play players who can do specific jobs, similar to the special one and to a lesser degree Benitez, they have different philosophies.

One thing the sky commentators were saying was that Chimbonda by getting forward so often was blocking Lennon's runs - I don't know if that's a correct analysis- but interesting to wonder how Ramos will get these two working together

It is no coincidence that these guy who rely on speed and agility are performing better already under Ramos.

I was absolutely disgusted to hear that Spurs had not had a double trianing session in months, especially when we looked severaly unfit and not up for the fight.

This is one reason why I am not sad about the shift in power at Spurs, its evident to see already. Even though its early, I am not saying we are going to win the CL or even qualify for it, but we look fitter and more up for it!!!

Sadly he never succeeded, and I believe he actually made some players worse, or at the very least impeded their development, because of it.

Just something I mentioned off-hand in another thread but has anyone noticed that Lennon seems to have bulked up?

He's piled on the muscle on it seems to have given him more strength to shoot from afar or take the corners. I remember that he does try shooting or taking corners under Jol but somehow it always was a weak effort either way and didn't trouble any opposition. Seems like he has been hard at work in the gym and its paying off as I even saw him shrugging off defenders in his runs in the Wigan game.

Hopefully Ramos can fully exploit Lennon as he seemed to have stagnated under Jol for some reason.

When I first saw the title of this thread I was worried it was gonna be something well dodgy - a bit like ashely cole putting his phone on vibrate.
