Reaching out to you lovely lovely people for some advice. I'm having a long weekend in Milan in Feb and looking to take a visit to the San Siro while there (AC v Sampdoria)

Anybody know best places to pick up some decent / not too pricey tickets and where best places to sit are (not sure the wife will fancy being in middle of the ultras)

The way it’s going, by Feb you might be able to buy the club, let alone a ticket

I’m torn on what statue to build outside the stadium

I went a few years ago with some mates and bought them in advance via the website. Gets you entry to the museum too

Either buy them on their website, or if you can't work that out then wait till you're there and you can buy them in person from one of the local bank chains (Banca Popolare di Milano). Alternatively they sell them at the stadium on the day of the game - unless you're planning to go to the Inter game, it's very unlikely to sell out so you don't need to worry too much.

In terms of not sitting with the Ultras, you won't have any problem. As a foreigner they usually won't sell you tickets to the section where the Ultras sit. Just buy tickets anywhere along the sides of the pitch rather than behind the goals and you won't have any issues.

EDIT: Just as an afterthought, you usually have to give them like your "ID number" to buy tickets in Italy and they often won't accept a driving license so take your passport with you when you buy the tickets
