Emmanuel Adebayor wasn't exactly in celebratory mood after the draw at Sunderland - but declared himself 'very happy' to have hit the 100-appearance milestone for us.

Shame he didn't bag a goal or to to celebrate.

How odd that Adebayor has become one of our longest serving players & vice captain

Never imagined that happening

Such a shame he didn't turn up for his 100th on Saturday
Yip, looked he was coming towards the end of a season...in his defense we all knew what this exciting high-tempo stuff Poch has got going on is going to strain our players...especially those that aren't exactly the most energetic.

He just came back from playing 2 games in Africa, a lot of players coming back from international duty didn't play at the weekend.

But he did which says to me that the gulf between Ade and Harry was too large for Poch to rest Ade for.

Will you Ade bashers be happier when he f#cks off and leaves us even weaker than we are now?
He's our best striker. One of our most skilful players by some way and imo has been putting a shift in during his entire Spurs career with exception to AVB reign which in my eyes was understandable although not very professional.
He was knackered against Sunderland ffs.
We have a far weaker squad than we did when we finished 4th twice and Ade is one of the few current players we have who would have got into those starting 11s so it may be an idea to think about that before slagging him off for no reason.
If he plays up and looks like he doesn't give a shit then fine but he's been running his nuts off, scoring goals, is so happy here be bloody salutes the fans and yet some still moan.
Edit- Congratulations Ade.

Didn't his shot directly lead to the first goal?

Yes, but that's neither here nor there, because it was completely random. It was not a designed play, it was not intentional, and anyone's shot could've bounced off the woodwork right at Chadli's feet. TBF to Ade, he at least tried (but missed), and Chadli scooped it up for the goal. ;)

He had it on target you. Shot was good causing the keeper to spill it. If it was an easy catch he wouldnt have parried it.

Look for a better excuse to dislike him, or buzz off you Ade-hater. Shoo
