North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are tracking German international Serdar Tasci.
Tasci, 23, has also been linked with Italian side Juventus after a solid campaign for Bundesliga club Stuttgart with whome he played 35 times. The versatile defender who can play anywhere across the backline earned a call-up to Joachim’s Loew’s World Cup squad, although he has yet to make an appearance during the FIFA showpiece tournament.
Speaking to Sport.co.uk in an exclusive interview, representative Uli Ferber revealed that his client would be interest in moving to either Arsenal or Tottenham but stressed that success with Germany was his main priority at this time.
“The situation is that Serdar (Tasci) is aware of the interest from the Premier League, and he is eager to play in England at some point during his career," stated Ferber.
"However he will not make a decision on his future until after the World Cup as that is more important at the moment. But, he is a fan of the Premier League and the football played in England.”
“Serdar respects both clubs [Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur] as two of the biggest clubs in the Premier League and in Europe. He would love to play for such a well-supported club. Also he is a fan of Arsene Wenger, the work he has done, and has great respect for him.”
