2-1 Peterborough. Pritchard with the assist albeit a bit generously.

Popped up on the right wing, played the ball forward to Mendes-Laing (was barged over afterwards) they played on and Mendes-Laing cut inside and bent it into the far corner.

I use fotmob app and that also had him at rb I only just realised. I originally checked their lineup and only looke at the midfield and attack and didn't see him so assumed he wasn't playing.

Good stuff

Subbed after 88 minutes - seems to be another good performance

So where do we look to loan him to next season?

I honestly don't think he'll have a spot for us so for me it's about getting him a loan to a lower Prem side or a higher Championship side loan.

Obviously if he can get time in the Premier League it'd be enormous for his growth and would possibly expedite his route to helping us out. I was thinking maybe Hull City? They had Ahmed Elmohamady and George Boyd on loan this year. If they don't bring either back, there could be room for Pritch. They do have Robbie Brady who is their future on the left, however. But, Pritchard is a pretty versatile player.

Its a strange one because he didnt really fit in well with the rest of the team at peterborough, so he needs to go to team that can pass, for me either a low prem team like Wigan or even Fulham would be very interesting or if we go for championship team perhaps Brighton

Loan him to Southampton.

Can't see him getting in ahead of Lallana or Ramirez though and they have Puncheon too.

I reckon a Prem loan is definitely on for him though and there are plenty of teams that would be keen I think.

More of a chance getting playing time there (if he's good enough of course) than here with us.

There aren't a lot of suitable options in this country for a player like him. Southampton, Wigan and Reading are the only ones I can think of right now.

Loan him to Southampton.

I think the manager at Southampton knows his beans. With these loans of Spurs players that have come through the academy sometimes I wonder if they'd just be better getting minutes for us in cups and so on as at leats they can play in the style they have grown up with. A lot of these lower league teams they go to are still in the dark ages or don't have the talent to play football in the league they are in.

Think the list is probably bigger with the likes of Swansea, maybe Villa and Fulham too. Possibly stretch it to half the PL teams - but you are correct its not a huge list.

Sounds silly but best chance is for us to play him, Europa league, odd prem game, cups he an play a lot and we can integrate him.

I'd love to see this guy given a go

There were times last year when we were crying out for some fresh legs, guile and a bit of enthusiasm

I'd love to see what he can do alongside the likes of Bale and Dembele

You're correct. For that to happen though, the board and, most importantly, us fans would need to allow that to happen.

Fuck ups happen with young players and will often come in bunches. Comes with the territory. Will we put up with that? I'm not so sure. People still give it to the likes of Bale for misplaced passes etc.

I just watched loads of NEXT GEN highlights from last season - how many goals from free kicks did Pritchard score? :ninja:

He really played well last season and I would love to see him playing for Spurs next season. If they loan him out, then hope only for a 3 month or half season - needs to be playing with Bale, Holtby, etc

looks to have some pace, eye for a pass, good dribbling skills, nice vison, big workrate, and really makes things happen.

get him in there AVB!!!! :greyalien:
