No need for a full body transplant or to get on a treadmill, actually. Some of those physical changes will happen naturally as he gets more top flight experience, but I reckon a little more focus on them is required as well, particularly to break into a Pochettino team.

His stints in the lower leagues will have left him more than capable of handling the physicality of the PL (y)

But not from a cardio perspective. And yes, he might be used to being kicked in the air, but lower league footballers aren't as strong as their Prem counterparts.

One of the most striking things about the Colchester game was how much their players looked like a pub team (flabby and weak) compared to ours.

Weird how this hasn't been announced despite the press saying it's done.

I hope that Levy is hovering over the 'Confirm' button (yes, real life is exactly the same as Football Manager) and waiting for Berahino before letting Pritch go

But (by all accounts) he's a hardworking little bugger, is also extremely tenacious, and has plenty of bite to his game.

I maybe haven't seen as much of Pritchard as you have, but I can't help but feel you're doing the lad a bit of a disservice?

More likely waiting to see if Onomah needs to go to Fulham

So Pritchards been confirmed to WBA on loan.

Should be a good move for him and a great opportunity to get back to match fitness

Not really sure whether I am happy about this, I was hoping he would challenge for Eriksen's spot.

Hopefully it's just to get him back to speed from his injury, because I really think he can succeed here.

Prem experience, back to fitness, and we start again in preseason.
People seem to forget he didn't really have one last season.

Seems a decent loan to me.

Immense recovery. He's been out the entire first half of the season and now he's passed the medical at WBA.
Glad he got a Prem option and not Burnley

Eriksen's not in my best starting 11 at the moment anyway. Lamela, Alli and Son would be my starting AM trio.

Poor loan move and weakens our options when we look like we are in the race. Very poor decision imo

I'm sure Chadli and Son quite fancy Eriksen's spot too. We're extremely competitive at left AM, but could do with more competition on the right

According to this stat - Everton are 6th highest in long balls. Really ? Because from 8 to 10 Everton games I have seen this season, they never play long.
They play a lot of long balls, but they have one of the highest passes per game in the league, therefore the stat doesn't tell the full picture. Same can be applied to Man utd, who actually play as many long balls as us proportionately. The reverse is true of sunderland who play lots of long balls, but make few passes.
