Probably what he wants tbf, so that some of the ****s trying to rough him up actually get sent off for it once in a while.

Hopefully he's learned that your reputation proceeds you. Falling over too easily has inevitably led to an about turn in fortunes where he doesn't get given much and is constantly under the spotlight. Opposition fans target him and influence decisions to some degree and it will take a while to balance up again. It's part of the learning curve.

I actually disagree because i think he's already targetted by every team we play. The fact that he is getting better at ignoring it will tell other teams that there's no point risking getting yellows roughing him up.
