#Spurs have more players in the last 16 of the World Cup than Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atletico, BVB, Man City, Man Utd & Liverpool.

Awesome.

Paulinho, Bentaleb, Vertonghen, Chadli, Dembele, Lloris
Only one to go home is Benny.

Not bad really.

I wonder which team has the most players still out there?

Considering we only had 6 players go, its hilarious. I expect Paulinho to be joined by Lloris, Dembele, Chadli and Vertonghen in the next round

Bayern is probably a decent shout, they have 11 still left in it

Neuer, Lahm, Götze, Müller, Kroos, Schweinsteiger, Boateng, Van Buyten, Dante, Robben, Shaqiri

Great stat, but probably shows how much we now rely on foreigners rather than home grown/ british talent - which imo is a little sad. I like having a team based on british born players.

Change of stat then :

Question - How many Spurs players in the England squad

Answer - None (Walker and Townsend, the most likely to gp were injured)

Question - When was the last time England failed to get out of the World cup qualifying group

Answer - 1958,which is the last time there wre no Spurs players in the England squad at a World Cup.

Think Hodgson will have wished there were some Spurs players in the England squad he took to the World Cup !

Amazing stat. But i'd much rather they were all safely back at the Training Centre this week with Poch!

Another stat, there have only ever been 13 players who have scored at a WC and been on Spurs' books at the time. Thought there'd have been more than that!

Meh, nothing to brag about really. I'm definitely not going to big up Paulinho and Dembele, two Jenas clones who aren't as good as the original Jenas.
