I think the majority like dembele actually
I liked him away at Everton, thought it was one of his best games. Primarily because he just passed it simply and quick. It seems to me if we ask him to be creative and do 'a bit more' he ends up having a shocker. Win the ball, shield it, maybe beat a man and lay it off to someone else quickly is the way forward if he does stay.

I think the majority like that famous youtube video of him against United, and forget the 3 very ineffective seasons he's had with us. All the turgidity stemmed from his slow cumbersome play.

Where was he against Sydney then? Townsend was on the right, and it seemed to me Eriksen was more to the left although it was pretty fluid.
Think he gives a damn about Sydney fc?Where was this thinking all season then? When eriksen was knackered and playing shite in no10 role

He's left footed so I'd say comp for lamela tbh as he plays inverted wingers
He has played about 5 games his whole career on the right and plays as an inside forward on the left (despite being left footed), we shouldn't change that.

Ghana have announced he aint travelling with the squad due to a minor injury..

We will know about this before the end of the weekend.

Just so everyone is aware, this has been reported by various sources but not by the main ones in France which are "Lequipe" and "Rmc radio".

He's being linked strongest with Newcastle and West Ham at this point. I suspect he's asking for a long-term deal, a high wage deal, and lots of clauses or guarantees.

Off to Swansea according to Harry Redknapp...

@Redknapp: Heard Swansea are close to signing Andre Ayew from Marseille. He's on the way there with his agent Mark Mackay to do the deal. Good player.

Redknapp on twitter. I'm sure the joke is already done but I thought he couldn't type!

We must surely have something up our sleeves then? He is a good player and I'm sure could have added to our squad in terms of threat. Let's genuinely hope that we expect we can do better.

That's a cracking signing for Swansea if it goes through. I thought he'd be a decent but not mind-blowing addition for us (improving the depth of our options but not significantly better than what we have), but for Swansea he'll be a big upgrade to their attacking options.

I hope this means we can get a player that's a true difference maker in that position. I feel like Ayew is on the same kind of level as Chadli (which is not a knock on either player), but to make the jump up to the CL spots we really need more than that (early season Eriksen/late season Kane quality).

If Harry keeps breaking stories like this then he soon won't find himself very popular that's for sure. Dangerous thing to let someone with a gob like his have access to twitter! He can't help himself.

Don't think much of it - I'm sure someone has just guessed his password "rosie47" and decided to have a bit of fun!

Always had the problem. He has never known when to say nothing. For a grown man he is pathetic the way he allows his mouth to run away.
