He's better than what we already have? I wouldn't have him over Winks or Sissoko. And that's who he'd probably be competing with because he's sure as shit not a defensive midfielder. He's slow and lazy defensively, so as a DM I'd have a fully fit Dier over him every day of the week.

I wouldn't mind him as a squad player to play backup to Winks when he is injured or needs a rest, but that's it.
