If you actually think that then can I seriously suggest you go and support a more entertaining team such as Norwich and leave the rest of us alone.

Fucking hell.

Starting to become general opinion amongst non-Spurs supporters, so if you can't take it, better put hands on your ears or hope that we start to play some football. Besides some bottom teams have their excuses in material, what's ours?

Unreal ... Best start ever in the premier league for points (Fact), introduced 6 new players into the fray (Fact), nearly every game we dominate play with 60% plus possession (need to check facts) - yes it is not free flowing yet but this team is trying to find its eb and flow and still is in touch. Anyone who knows a little about the game knows you cant play wonderful week in week out. Did anyone watch Arsenal yesterday they were second best for long parts, Chelsea were not the best team today. I think I am going to stop coming on here after matches it just raises my anger levels!

Yet your facts are based on simplistic false truths. It took 3 penalties to beat 3 poor sides and we got pumped at home to West Ham. Your facts don't show the whole truth, only the end result. The end result will not hold that standard if the production method is stretched and struggling.

But you stick to the facts, see how that pans out long term.

Probably one of our best ever starts to a premiership campaign, after losing our best player in years, with a relatively new team, that contains so many new-comers and people want to moan and give out ? ? ?
Please lets keep everything in perspective - the team is still gelling, getting to know each other and as this happens then the general play should improve, but patience is essential in this year more so than previous ones. We have a squad to compete with most and if we can come together as we should, then good times are surely ahead - patience people please, its not like we have 2 pts from 8 games like :banghead:

Who gives a fuck what they think And probably a good few of them know we aren't playing anything like we can/potentially could do and are still grinding out results.

What? Try reading the "what other teams supporters" (or w/e it's called) thread. We have been praised by many clubs' fans. Some Cardiff fans were saying that we are the best team that's ever gone there.

Manager at THFC is suddenly the most unenviable job in the world. You don't get that much money to work with in the market. You get slated if your team gets 2 pts/game. I hate to see what would happen if we god forbid only got 1.5 pts/game or less.

Our best start to a PL season... 6 Clean Sheets... And some people are complaining.. Yes we have lost a bit of magic.. But funnily enough our dull home performances has coincided with the non-existent home support.. Footballers are human's too and react to positive reinforcement in the same way we do; negative reinforcement more often than not causes distress which is proven to affect performances.

This is AVB's second season with us, and it is new territory for him.. We have also brought in many players this season who undoubtably will take at least 10 more games to really show the true ability...

He's made a complete dick of himself and it reminds me of how he was getting on at Chelsea. Go to the crowd during the match wave ur arms try to get them going. He's just made the rope that'll eventually hang him.

We may not be playing great but 2 or 3 years ago we would not have won these games 1-0, in fact, didn't we lose a very similar game to Hull 1-0?

Patience people, great teams are built on strong foundations.

But AVB proved last year that he is very capable of addressing and correcting problems that recur during games. For example we stopped leaking late goals, started scoring them ourselves and went on a run of relative consistency. We were dragged over the finish line by Bale to an extent but some of our players are going to have to make a step up to talisman level if we are going to challenge this year. Currently AVB is experimenting with the squad and substituted early today which was encouraging. Sure some of his decisions seem bizarre but he is a smart guy and best of all he is not sacrificing results as the process progresses.

I really don't think we have any choice but to get behind him. Of course he is not exempt from criticism but to say things like we have never played well under him is just ridiculous. Just a few weeks ago I was absolutely gushing over our play against Norwich, I honestly think when Rose gets back from the black hole that is our treatment room we will see an improvement in our attacking and urgency.

Wonder wtf Wenger has been playing at with Giroud then. Maybe they should use Bendtner as well.
You can't seriously be comparing us to the scum?? They move the ball like the wind, move like lightning and play 1/2 touch dynamic football.

They can afford to play one up with that kind of force behind it. If we did the same, solly would be banging them in from open play.

It feels for me like we're going through a similar stage to that of City under Mancini. The first season or so they were set up to be solid and not lose games. He made sure they were a strong unit at the back whilst they were trying to bed in their influx of attacking signings. Then after a while they all clicked going forward. I think/hope this is what AVB is doing. We've got a pretty rock solid base and now we just need to wait for Eriksen/Lamela and the rest to get going properly. Then we'll be absolutely flying.

Arsenal have scored twice the amount of goals we have. We need to be more positive at home against the smaller teams.
