Andrei Arshavin - Gone to the goons

There was a meeting today of all the premiership directors - two issues up for discussion were this shambles of a deal and there was to be a vote on a change in the winter transfer window.

I've had a look around and can't see anything of it, anyone hear anything?

Big signings at the goons either take a year or so to settle or they flop. Henry, Pires, Bergkamp took time to settle whereas Reyes, Rosicky (mainly injured), Wiltord, Jeffers deserve flop status. If they signed an experienced DM such as Frings to play behind Cesc i would see that as a better piece of business.
