I feel sorry for him. he got knackered again almost immediately. But either way,he really needs someone to sit down with him and help him develop his game.

Yes, but for some reason TS has barely played him since he came back from injury. A shame, as he looked really promising in the beginning of the season. His pace, strength and dribbling skills are really good now, so you're right that if he can develop the rest of his game he could become quite a player. He will probably miss out on the WC, so hopefully someone will work with him over the summer.
