Rebic, yawn!! Why would we bother, would much rather go for Pjaca who is way more talented and Juventus wouldn't ask for a huge amount.

Rebic, is just a physical guy who can run fast. Usually terrible in front of goal, makes the wrong decisions time and time again. Would see no point in wasting money on him that could go on a Pulisic, Zaha, Martial.

If we can't get Martial or Zaha we should be making moves for players in the next bracket. Bailey, Coman, Williams, Pjaca. For me Rebic adds quality but not enough of it so he should be passed on. I want genuine class added to solve issues in our squad and Rebic for me doesn't add significant value for ££

Pjaca over Rebic all the way for me, I think he'd be a stylish little signing

No official recordings, interestingly. Although unofficially, he clocked 38kph in the Argentina game. Rapid

There were stats in the match pages on FIFA website some where, I remember because I was looking at kanes top speed and Pickford covering 8km.

Croatian media reporting that we’re after Rebic and Brozovic.

Anyone able to translate?
Google Translate:
However, it is true that Rebić did not receive any official offer .

- We have nothing to talk about because we did not bid in our club. The question is whether to come and go. Everything is in our hands, and only if the offer is realistic, then we would have to deal with it, "said Sports Director Eintracht Bruno Hebner.

And while there is no offer for Rebić, one has arrived for another fire - Marcela Brozovic .

Corriere dello Sport claims Tottenham has sent Inter to the Croatian teammate and that the transfer is very close to realization.

Not sure if the Corriere dello Sport article now exists again or this is just this Italian outlet picking up on the TeamTalk story nobody can find the source for.

They are just quoting the article from Corriere dello Sport. Anyway it says that there are no official offers for Rebic but there is one for Brozovic and transfer could soon be completed.

Yeah, my bad I just realised that.

a few internet sites reporting about Brozovic. However, all of them are just cut and pastes of what was said by Corriere.
So, not sure he gets his own transfer page just yet.

I’d rather we kept Dembele than get Brozovic.

It’s a down grade
Yes, for the 10 games a season Dembele is at his best.

I don’t think it’s a case of either/ or, I think Brozovic would compete with Dier/ allow Dier to play CB if we use three or if Toby finally leaves.

Think the horse has already bolted on this idea.

Dembele is brilliant but he's 31, his fitness doesn't allow him to play as much as we need him to, and if he doesn't leave this summer he almost certainly will next summer.

If a quality long-term replacement comes available in this window then we have to jump at them for the long-term good of the team.

Brozovic isn't a DM and would be competing with Dembele, it would be Vic and Dier for DM. He has only played DM a handful of times and mostly for Zargreb or Croatia. He has hardly played there for Inter. He's more likely to play AMC (which has done often) then DM and his defensive side is certainly not his strong point. I would be okay with Brozovic coming in as I really think we need a new CM but he's very inconsistent. He is capable of the sublime but when hes not on it he awful. He can be very frustrating. I certainly would not want him playing DM for us. But he's no worse then what we have and he isn't injury prone and his passing range is good.

I’ll bow to your greater knowledge as it seems you’ve been watching him in some depth for a very long time, my views are merely formed on what I saw at the World Cup.

Only highlights from his time at Zagreb, but I have read a few articles from his time there. I watch Inter almost as much as I do Spurs.
