No, interpretation differs but I think he has until 32ish to complete it. He may be called up to the Asian Games which runs from August 18 to Sept 2nd so a holiday/rest after and interrupted preseason means he probably won't be available until October or so.

(I am not 100% sure but I believe the Asian Games are not one we are required by FIFA to let him play in so they can ask and we can technically say no but rumor is if they win he'll have the military service req waived).

Sonny has 30 goals in 99 league appearances and 47 goals in 139 games across all competitions.

Would I bench Son for Martial? Certainly not based on goal record.

One other thing to consider if benching Son and keeping Alli in the starting XI--no good option to split out wide to the right and play off the left foot in that lineup. If Eriksen and Alli and Martial are all on the pitch, I think we'd lack balance, frankly.

It was reported in Italy that Juve have agreed a fee with United at 52.6m (60m euros) but there has been no talks with the player and he prefers to remain in the premier league.

Mate, if I was either of Rashford or Martial, I'd have had my agent seeking out a new club as soon as Mourinho finished his, quite frankly pathetic, insulting and downright unprofessional outburst the other week, when he gave his "People always ask me why Lukaku, this is why", after he selected them and dropped (rested?) Lukaku.
