As a Martial alternative, no thank you. If we’ve decided a wing forward is our top priority, spend the money to get one at the top of the list. As a Llorente replacement, if we are looking for one, sure why not?

For sure. If the investment isn't being concentrated into Martial then you'd hope a player of similar calibre would be an alternative. Plea is a good player and would offer us something but he'd be a big come-down from a bonafide statement signing like Martial.
