Antonio Conte has admitted that a stomach bug virus worked its around around the Tottenham Hotspur squad ahead of Sunday's match against Burnley.

In shades of Spurs' infamous Lasagnegate match when they lost at West Ham United after a sickness bug swept through the camp, Tottenham had a quartet of players who were suffering in the wake of the north London derby victory against Arsenal. The bug has ensured that Dejan Kulusevski is only fit for a place on the bench for the match against the Clarets.
