Antonio Conte tests positive for COVID

Antonio Conte has tested positive for COVID but is not expected to miss Tottenham’s next Premier League match against Brighton. The 52-year-old Italian coach has been in isolation for a few days but is suffering from no symptoms and is in generally good health, Spurs report. Due to this, they hope that he’ll be available for the next game against the Seagulls on April 16, assuming that he remains symptomless.
