would just take out the weeks season and TW overlap. What I would allow is inter-country Transfers all the way through January though just to keep it interesting. Have to figure out the kinks with Recalling and such but pretty interesting without too much shock value.

It was supposed to help the smaller teams by preventing their players being poached at any time; it was supposed to aid their planning and level the playing field a little. I don't know if it's done this or not but I'm not a great fan.

Yeah most other professions you would probably hate your job. Footballers are truly blessed, how many realise how lucky they are to be playing football for a living.
