Unforgivable this transfer window.

£75m in and not a penny out despite a big jump in revenues.

Not sure I'm bothered anymore- will just walk away.

Wish we was a football club first.

(Maybe stadium having more of an impact than we realise - covenants keeping a certain wage/turnover ratio, single player earning cap- all things that Levy could not disclose or should not disclose in such a competitive market).

So on the field results don't matter to you, clearly?

Grow up and quit your bitching. The window's not even closed yet.

and yet not all of those clubs can win honours every year... despite their stupid outlays and blood money.

I thought the point was we dare to be different.

Audere est facere / Only one Hotspur.

Why don't you get a sugar daddy and be done with it?

Those other clubs have actually won trophies. The very things our best players bang on about.

We will continue losing talented players whilst we are not winning anything.

Do you think Poch will remain committed to this "project" if first team players are sold without reinvestment?

They had a good go at it past couple of seasons but we were found wanting due to lack of squad depth.

That is ALL on Levy i'm afraid.

Agree - we are not asking for superstars

We are asking for sensible squad players to push the first team.

Like I said, £75m plus massive upsurge in revenues.

Plush stadiums, foreign tours and plush boxes are nothing without a team for fans to fill it. It should be in the business model.

It is in the business model hence why we're competing at the top of the league.

Honestly with some of you lot you deserve it to go back to the shitshow it was pre-Levy.

The club is making it's largest investment since 1882 and you question his ambition. Ridiculous.

I think you'll find that allowing for inflation and all that jazz, the biggest investment the club made was in building the original ground :D

There is no point arguing with some fans they simply don't get it, the financial situation we are in compared to other clubs in the league.

Club financials have been posted year after year about how much we are lacking commercially and on match day, this needs to be sorted first before we can truely compete. Some fans are simply too thick to understand this.

DL has historically always been at his worst when Spurs have had a good season. He's only proactive and decisive when we're in trouble

This would be me then :D

I don't expect us to 'truly' compete but to make an effort would be nice. And we have the money to do it too. How we've approached this transfer window is nothing short of an embarrassment, almost a disgrace. A couple of signings can have a huge impact both on the squad and on the atmopshere or the sense of optimism amongst the fans. As it stands it looks decidedly poor and there's only one place to point the boney gnarled middle finger.........I can understand the frustration.

But there's still plenty of time, we'll still go out and spend the money and before the window closes, our dad will be a hero again.

Isn't it a case that deals haven't come together rather than us not wanting to sign anyone? I agree that it is frustrating that we havn't signed anyone yet but i thought Pochettino had explained our situation pretty well in regard to players wanting/not wanting to come for various reasons. (E.G Morata, or over inflated market for average players)
