For me, Pires v Henry is a little like comparing Messi v Bale

I'm a huge Pires fan and he was probably superior than Henry from a technical perspective but Henry was far more important, explosive and dangerous. Henry's goals/assists stats were ridiculous.

The EPL only saw Bale and Ronaldo at their peak for two seasons. We saw Henry at his peak for 5/6.
