I've been to a charity dinner tonight, as it goes there was a few Spurs old boys there like Chivers, Peters, Cliff Jones, Howells, Pratt, even a very bald Paul Moran!

As with all of these evenings there was the usual auction which as ever went very well and raised lots of money for charity, apart from 1 lot that is:

2 tickets in a box at the Emirates on Sept 15th for Arsenal v QPR with all the works such as the dinner, booze etc thrown in, it raised:

£0

Absolutely nothing, I would say the average lot probably went for £600-700! The auctioneer in the end even asked for £10 and still to much amusement, nobody upon nobody would buy it!

Very amusing!

I'd have bought it for a tenner and sold it to one of the Gooner tossers I know for an extortionate fee.

I would of brought and gone watch the match for ten quid, a football match, dinner, drinks and the works thrown in. Who gives a shit if its arsenal and if they lose to choruses of Wenger out or booing, that is the perfect night
