86:00 YELLOW CARD Arsenal 1-1 Tottenham. Chambers
82:00 Substitution, Tottenham. Dier for Rose (Yellow Card)
75:00 Substitution, Tottenham. Bentaleb for Chadli
73:00 Goal Arsenal 1-1 Tottenham - Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain
Well, it has been coming. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain equalises for Arsenal but Tottenham will be kicking themselves after being punished for lazily attempting to clear. Erik Lamela needed only to hook the ball away, but sliced it to Mesut Ozil, whose cross was eventually smashed home by Oxlade-Chamberlain.
71:00 YELLOW CARD Arsenal 0-1 Tottenham Ryan Mason
68:00 YELLOW CARD Arsenal 0-1 Tottenham Aaron Lennon
61:00 Substitution, Tottenham. Lennon for Eriksen
56:00 YELLOW CARD Arsenal 0-1 Tottenham Nacer Chadli
56:00 Goal Arsenal 0-1 Tottenham - Nacer Chadli
They've had few chances, but Tottenham capitalise on a mistake when it counts to take the lead. Mathieu Flamini loses possession to Christian Eriksen, who passes to Erik Lamela and he in turn finds Nacer Chadli, who coolly slots home. What will Arsenal's response be?
HALF TIME Arsenal 0-0 Tottenham
45:00 Substitution, Arsenal. Cazorla for Ramsey
Disappointment for Aaron Ramsey as he is down on the ground, signalling to come off. Santi Cazorla comes on to replace the midfielder, whose frustration is clear as he limps towards the Arsenal dugout.
27:00 Substitution, Arsenal. Mathieu Flamini replaces Mikel Arteta because of an injury.
26:00 YELLOW CARD Arsenal 0-0 Tottenham Erik Lamela
23:00 YELLOW CARD Arsenal 0-0 Tottenham Jack Wilshere
Another yellow card for Arsenal, this time going to Jack Wilshere after his late challenge on Ryan Mason. From the resulting free-kick, Emmanuel Adebayor just fails to make a telling connection, as his header is straight at Wojciech Szczesny.
12:00 YELLOW CARD Arsenal 0-0 Tottenham Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is the first player to go into the referee's book after bringing down Etienne Capoue after Spurs had broken away. Nothing malicious, but a definite yellow.

Anyone else end up dreading weekends because of this shit? I could be having a nice relaxing day but instead I've got this to worry about. One redeeming thing is that no one expects anything other than a demolition job by arsenal.

We can do this.

With the right team selection and some bold decisions we can win this game.

And that means dropping the players who dont give a shit like Adebayor and playing the likes of Mason and Kane.

We won't get anything out of this unless we bully them. Get in their faces and don't let them play.

We can't outplay them but we can damn sure stop them from playing.

Hopefully we can get Jack Wheelchair sent off.

Normally on my early morning run I see magpies lol...every time I see more than two on a Friday morning we always win at the weekend, or at least draw...this trend has been going for months!! Every time I see one we always lose.

Suffice to say, for the first time ever, I saw just one magpie on three separate occasions this morning.

Wasn't expecting anything anyway lol

We do! They're a lot better than we are at the moment and the only way to beat teams that are better than you is to defend and frustrate them. Two flat banks of four to stop them getting too many chances. If Chelsea can do that to win a champions league then we shouldn't think of ourselves being above it to win the odd game when we're the underdog.

Unfortunately though, it's not in our nature and I doubt our players could even do it if they tried. We'll try and play them at football and will get beat comfortably, because at this moment in time, they're better than us.

Anyway, it's all about the Ryder Cup for me this weekend so anything other than a hammering will be good enough for me.

Fucking hell, I don't think I've felt this way about Spurs for over 10 years.

Interesting that Poch is coming out with these games arn't about tactics, they're emotional etc...

Just wonder if he's going to surprise us with some changes, or even a change in approach for this game.

I just hope we get a performance that shows a bit of urgency and fight for the whole game, win lose or draw.

You know how lots of posters on here watched that spurs TV video of Stambouli and went "what an irritating little bastard"? This is where he comes into his own, I suspect. Seems hyper-competitive, buzzes about and likes to leave studs in. Perfect for winding up Wilshere.

On the match: both teams to bottle it mentally, be defensively awful and generally flail about like the Tring Under 9's. Match to be decided by the inevitable Welbeck winner, prompting everybody on here to moan interminably about our transfer policy, ENIC and Baldini forever.

Doesn't look like we'll get anything then, this team isn't capable of bullying.

Agree.

I think the fans deserve to see some real effort. We may still get beaten comprehensively, but we need to see some fight more than anything at the moment.
