Arsenal are still stronger now then before the window started - Sanchez didn't want to be there and was underperforming Vs his ability. So they have lost Sanchez and Giroud and replaced with PEA and Mhiki, I think that's an improvement.

Let’s wait and see how they get on. There isn’t as much cannon fodder in the premier league as their is in Germany.

I've just watched the Arsenal Swansea highlights and looking at their team you can't help thinking they are probably punching above their weight, Mustafi, Monreal, Elneny, Xhaka and Iwobi to name just a few, I mean, who are these people?
