I'm looking forward to seeing how they get on tonight. Their away record is awful and Ostersunds seem to raise themselves for matches against the big teams.

Hopefully it's nice and cold for them. Arsenal have got plenty of players who struggle to get motivated so I think playing "lesser" opposition is already going to mean they're not at their best and if it's miserably cold on top of that I can definitely see a few players not giving it 100%

More from Arsemania:

Will probably be a hard game with those conditions, don't expect any fireworks. Boring draw probably.

Put the tie to bed here so we can rest players in the second leg so we can keep losing in the PL.

They'll put ice on the pitch,we'll lose 56-2

Important to get this wrapped up since the 2nd leg is 3 days before the CC Final. Masterstroke from Wenger if you think about it, bin the FA Cup so there's no game this weekend which means he can play the big guns in this one.

All I know it gonna be damn cold so our players better don't get Ill.

Maybe Wenger can lend them those big coats he uses.

I still think he'd rather be in the FA Cup too. In one of the cups, we face being hopelessly outplayed by vastly superior opposition and in the other, we have Man City. The FA Cup would also give further game time for people like Welbeck to run the ball out of play.

We are currently second favourites to win Europa League

To beat Ostersunds, yes.

Nope. To win the whole damn thing. Atletico Madrid are favourites and Borussia Dortmund third behind us.

We're going to lose this somehow, aren't we?

If we lose this I will have a breakdown. I'm Swedish and even I don't know this team. Östersund? Thought they only played ice hockey up there...

Just looked them up on Wikipedia. They were founded in 1996 after I left Sweden. If we lose to that bunch then the players should walk home!

Shame Giroud is not with us anymore, donkey on ice would be a sight to behold.

Time to bounce back.

Finally, the changing rooms might be a shock to some of the Arsenal player:

i'd love it if the arsenal walked out onto an ice rink and looked at their studs and said ooer err were not ready for this. As ostersunds glide out on ice skates and proceed to put 36 past them. ahhh i can dream but id settle for 1-0 to ostersunds.
