Their biggest problem imo is they have people in charge who haven't got a clue what they're doing. Appointing DiMatteo was yet another gamble. They desperately needed to appoint someone with experience managing and winning promotion from that league. There were plenty of candidates before anyone with any sense would have gone with RD. If they now get the right man they need to listen to him in the window, sit down stfu and let him do his job. I don't think they're capable of that and if they do stay up it'll be by the skin of their teeth.
