Their biggest problem imo is they have people in charge who haven't got a clue what they're doing.
Appointing DiMatteo was yet another gamble. They desperately needed to appoint someone with experience managing and winning promotion from that league. There were plenty of candidates before anyone with any sense would have gone with RD. If they now get the right man they need to listen to him in the window, sit down stfu and let him do his job.
I don't think they're capable of that and if they do stay up it'll be by the skin of their teeth.

They thought it was a bit flash to hire a Champions League winner whereas it would have been better to hire a Championship winner.

Even more infuriating is that he won the Champions League (whilst denying us) and is now not even deemed good enough to manage in the Championship...
To be honest, he genuinely isn't good enough for the Championship. He's a shit manager. The Chelsea players won that CL, he had very little to do with it.

Knew he wasn't gonna last a season, he's a completely terrible clueless manager, I'd honestly rather have Tim sherwood.

The idiots should've went all out for brendan Rodgers well before

Didn't he get WBA automatically promoted from the championship a few years back? How is he not good enough?
I think it's much more to do with the shite players at Villa, they've gradually sold any quality they had and replaced with inferior players IMO.

Sherwood for Villa again;)

How the fuck did he ever win CL? Fuck him and fuck chelsea
This is the thing. I've seen Man U fans giving it "what's Poch ever won" like that makes him shit. This pricks won the champions lge would they seriously want him in charge??

It really does seem like gamble after gamble for them.
