Dr Strangelove is a comedy and that tackles that too
All Tarantino films are genre films given a comedic edge. You spend a good portion of all his movies chuckling. It's why he's so controversial, as he uses serious subjects - racism, fascism, torture, rape, murder, drug addiction - as the basis for humour
