Ah sorry, I see. I read the hyphen like it was "AVB crashed in Paris: Dakar Rally" or something. Obviously it's Paris - Dakar as in Paris to Dakar now that you say it. My bad.

In my defense, it's doubly confusing given that it no longer goes through Paris or Dakar

I was thinking of AVB this last w/e as I was officiating at a motorcycle Enduro race which is a qualifier for the Dakar and there were alot of riders who had/will ride it and slideshow's and talks and tgat

Always respected AVB for getting out there and following his dream, I always wonder why more rich ****s don't get out there and do something like that instead of becoming fat rich miserable bastards
