A great video of Mourinho, with some very recent clips of AVB giving his view of his mentor. From this we know what cloth he has been cut from, and I have to say after watching that - the future is bright, the future is lilly white.

Saw this when it was on telly. A good video that.

I remember at the time when he was at Porto that many on this board we saying we should go for him as our manager. Cheatski paid big money to get him first, nice of them as we got him for free then :)

Love it, love it. Ispirbloodyational.
Puts Fergy in a new light too. Off stage him and the Special One are different people.
It makes me think of Muhammed Ali too.
The passion, the belief, the romance, the history yes and the hype.
It's a heady brew but without it it's just 22 fellas chasing a latex lined polyurethane covered sphere round a field.
AVB's celebrations are building up to Mourinhoesque proportions. Perhaps his results will too.

I thought that this was well researched and well put together with some interesting witnesses from inside and outside the game and great footage.
Makes the everyday reporting of football look very shallow.

Agree with this entirely. I have just finished watching this considered and well-informed piece. To put it bluntly, Ferguson seems much less of a twat when he's not being a manager. AVB really is a true protégé of JM isn't he?

You could see what sir Bobby Robson felt of JM. That counts for a lot in my book...
