I've tried searching but nothing has come up that helps.

How long after the applications close would they announce how many loyalty points were enough to get tickets? They closed the applications for Southampton Away on the 5th, it's now the 9th and they still haven't said anything. I appreciate it's not instant, they presumably have to try taking everyone's money first and make attempts to notify people who's transactions failed but 4 days seems a bit long. I've never done this before but I think Burnley was a day or two

They closed Juventus on 27th December and haven't announced that yet, either. I agree with the above post, by the end of the week I suspect.

Thanks, they just tweeted it! For anyone reading this thread in the future it took them 4 days (or 3 days 23hrs and 53mins) after the application deadline

266 is pretty low, maybe people are just fed up with going to Wembley it's sapped their enthusiasm or maybe people didn't pay attention post-NYE

So they announced it on the second working day. Not exactly bad...

As a bronze member, i take it I'll never get the chance to go to an away game, unless i get a season ticket?

Highly unlikely I’m afraid. There’s already lots of season ticket holders with low points moaning about not getting a chance never mind members.

End of last season...
  • 3 out of 19 Premier League away games went to members, including one to General Sale. The other 16 went to Season Ticket holders.
  • The lowest Season Ticket points cut off was Manchester City at 168.
  • The highest Season Ticket points cut off with a full allocation was Crystal Palace at 361 points for a clear view ticket.
  • The number of games accessible to members decreased to 3 this season. This compares to 10 last season, 14 in 2015/15, and 15 in 2013/14.
  • Games going to General Sale is now a very rare occurrence.

I was kind of hoping for late on Friday or at least some time on Monday. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes, obviously most of this stuff can be done in seconds but if they have to contact people who's cards have been declined then perhaps it'd take longer. Maybe they could do it in batches, the first 3400 and then a put a small number of people on a waiting list in case the people who haven't paid couldn't arrange payment.

I suppose all I really wanted was for them to say they'd let us know at a certain time.

If you live up north you've got a chance, clearly games that are a long distance, especially on a weeknight or maybe Sunday and are also on TV aren't going to be as attractive as a London derby. Cup games would be a good chance given these are often midweek.

Seems about average no? I didn't bother to check the loyalty points but more than 6,813 have 266 or more points, so only about 40% of eligible people are going or to look at it another way anyone with 400pts was guaranteed a ticket and it was likely that anyone with 350pts or more would get one. It wouldn't have helped me since I'm right at the bottom end of that

We now have 40k season ticket holders as opposed to approx 24k last season which makes it even more difficult

4 days is a pretty quick turnaround for the ticket office.

I've waited weeks for them to announce a cutoff
