I've never bought away tickets before.
I'm a one hotspur lillywhite member and just went through the motions on the website to buy Chelsea tickets but it came up as a £0.00 charge despite taking my bank details and there's no seat details in the "confirmation"
Is it a case of waiting to find out if I was successful and then being charged then?
