When do we get the results of inter away applications?

Umtiti is out for 6 months knee ligaments. Will probably be lenglet or vermaelen, big loss for them.

Tough to qualify from the group now, but at least next two fixtures will give us a good idea.

We simply have to beat PSV home and away and hope Barca beat Inter in both games. We than “just” have to beat Inter at home better than they beat us ie 1-0, 2-0, 3-1 etc...

If Inter manage a point against Barca in either game it’s gonna be pretty impossible to qualify.

I was saying int he other thread, it seems like the Inter away game killed us as it gave them the impetus to go on

No way that Inter team are getting anything from Barca, they will get hammered

....Also should add we play Barca last, they could be already qualified and up for resting a few players by the time we play them.

Makes it worse when it is quite obvious that inter are not a very good team. Presuming our injured players are back for first psv game...they will have had 3-4 weeks much needed rest. It will have to be a complete reserve team against the hammers .

It does feel like the season we went out with a whimper against the likes of Monaco etc

The only silver lining I guess is we can concentrate on the league and really go for the title.

Messi confirmed out for three weeks. Just our luck, he'll miss both matches against Inter. Really not convinced that Inter are that great though, so hopefully Barca will have enough to see them off even without Messi.

Win both against psv and see how we look after . Barca will want to win at home v inter , it’s the game at the San Siro they may struggle

We will still need to win our next three as a minimum and hopefully Barca have qualified by the last game and we can hold for a draw

Not saying I want to go out CL of course. But there’s definitely a fine balance between being knocked out in last 16 or even 8 and entering a competition we have a realistic chance of winning and a safety net for CL qualification.
