Any baseball fans/followers here?

I think last night might have been the most incredible moment in baseball history. The timing of the events, the people involved, the twists and turns of it all. I honestly can't find the words to explain it all.

Red Sox and Braves screwed up big time, pretty unbelievable how big lead they threw out of a window.

Yeh of course, both of them blew it big time. But the Rays...just incredible. Down 7-0 with two innings left, get 6 in the 8th. Then in the 9th 7-6 down 2 out, 2 strikes they have a guy who has one home-run all year with a .108 average hitting what would have been the very last pitch of the game (and possibly their season at that point) over the wall.

In the meantime Boston's game with Baltimore is being delayed by the rain. They get back on Boston 3-2 up, Baltimore batting in the 9th inning 2 out, 2 strikes and they hit the game tieing double on what would have been the last pitch of the game. The next guy comes in, hits a single and Baltimore wins. Boston lose.

After five hours of playing and coming back from 7-0 down, the Rays are now batting in the 12th inning. Just one minute after the Red Sox had lost, Longoria hits a home run which just scrapes over the wall and the Rays win.

Just epic stuff.

Yeah, 162 regular season games and it still comes down to extra innings of the last game, impressive stuff
