Alright lads,

Planning on going to reebok stadium next weekend with a Bolton fan... And was wondering what it's like?

Gonna get tickets for the away end and was wondering how the atmosphere usually is and how full we fill our allocation...

cheers and COYS!!! can't wait to go to this game!

Has the Reebok ever sold out for a football match?

Never seen us win in the league there, but went when we beat them 4-3 after extra time in the Carling Cup 04/05. (Saw us lose 1-0 last minute Okacha penalty, 1-0 05/06 and 06/07 when Campo scored that screamer)

Usually just about fill it, half the bottom and all of the top behind the goal.

Nice ground, typical new northern one in the middle of no where just off the big roads. No atmosphere from them, but we always seem awesome up t'north.

Bolton itself is grim, but the stadium is on one of these new retail parks so it's not as if you're sat around in the middle of grimey Bolton.

The ground is very nice though, if a little 'generic new stadiumy'

Dont park in tescos! Theyll ticket you!
For some reason, despite the fact that Ive never seen us win in 4 visits, the games are usually depressing and the aforementioned tesco gave me a ticket one year, I really like going up there. We usually create a good atmosphere. The one problem is they have this bloody annoying section with instruments that just never shut up. There more annoying than the bloody pompey bell ringer!
That said, I didnt go last year so they may have got rid of it.

i actually quite liked it when i went up there last year. massive huge retail parks by the ground.

....no chance of us winning though?? i would hope we had a chance!

Bolton. What an unmemorable place. This is probably the best thing that happened there...

I think we've had something like 4 losses and 1 draw in the last 5 visits there.

So. Another 5-1 to us then

Wheres best place to park?

There is a big solictors office opposite the away end. I think it is called Keogh's. At the back they have a big car park, which isn't used at week ends. I have parked in here a couple of times without any problem.

don't park in the official car parks, as they are expensive and you get blocked in for hours at the end.

Wheres best place to park?

There is parking right outside the ground, didn't take us too long to get out of it last season, think it's about a fiver. Very excited as this is my first game of the season.

under no circumstances park in the official away car park, unless your very lucky, or theyve changed their procedure, youll be there forever. When all the spaces are gone they park ppl in the roads and block every1 in. Nor should you park in tesco next door. I think i mentioned that earlier. Last time i went i found a car pak round the corner, where you would turn left at the crossroads to go to tesco, go right. COst about a 5er and had easy access to the back route to the motorway.
