The Club is pleased to announce that our gate receipts from Saturday's pre-season friendly at Bournemouth will be donated to Help For Heroes and the Tottenham Tribute Trust.

Tickets are still available for our first pre-season friendly - contact Bournemouth's ticket office on 01202 726338 or pay on the day - so please do come out and support the lads and these worthwhile causes.

    HELP FOR HEROES

Help for Heroes was founded by Bryn and Emma Parry in October 2007 out of a desire to help the wounded Servicemen and women returning from Afghanistan and Iraq.

The Club worked with Help For Heroes throughout last season, supporting the organisation's fund-raising campaigns. We welcomed their youngest fund-raiser, Alfie McAnespie, and his family to Spurs Lodge in September.

Harry Redknapp, Michael Dawson and Jermain Defoe also paid a visit to the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre at Headley Court in September.

    TOTTENHAM TRIBUTE TRUST

The Tottenham Tribute Trust is an organisation dedicated to serving the needs of former Spurs players who find themselves in a situation that compromises their quality of life. It is an organisation that reaches out to members of the Spurs family who are fighting hard times either financially, medically or both, and is dedicated to making sure that no former Spurs player is forgotten.

We recently raised £26,217 for the TTT via an end-of-season auction.
