Eubank going in like Superman again - he needs to cut that shit out.

Groves is bring a **** trying to aggravate it more though tbf. Keeps hooking his arm around him, trying to rub it.

Fair to do it though, it's looking pretty leaky now and he's not the one who has to win to take the belt home. Stoppage will do him just fine.

That big left connected but Groves didn't even seem to sway, then stuck him one back. Eubank's going to have to wear him out, there's no way he's going to knock him on his arse fighting like this.

He'll have to go berserk in the last two and hope he gets through with big blows ...groves tiring.

You can feel that Eubank has got a lethal flurry in him. Just hasn't been able to unleash one cleanly.

Has Eubank caught him with one of those upper cuts yet?

Swung so many, can't recall one connecting properly.

Groves suddenly looks knackered but kinda alright with that because Eubank is still wading in like a flail - always leading left then trying to get in tight to work Groves' body.

Sneaky dig to Eubank's sidneys at the end of that round though while he was through the ropes. Grotty scrap, I'm enjoying it.

Yep, took about two consecutive punches and was wobbling. Exactly why he's spent the whole fight holding on.

Hahaha, great last round, just two absolutely fucked guys trying to slug and dodge, that was funny as hell.

Groves must have this, he was in charge for way too much of the fight. Maybe split if one of the judges knows his dad, but Groves all day long.

Am I the only one that just found most of that boring? I'm not the biggest boxing fan mind so I understand that others may appreciate certain aspects of fights that I don't but I feel if I missed the fight I wouldn't have missed out on anything.

Giving Eubank some credit, that wasn't a typical fight for either of them really, Eubank was hesitant and didn't go in with the confidence he's shown in other fights but Groves didn't come out behind the long jab like he was expected to. Eubank was getting inside it early on but Groves didn't give a crap, he was simply the tougher fighter.

If Eubank had let Groves come to him a bit more and used his pace maybe he'd have worn him down sooner but at the pace he was going at Groves was comfy. Wouldn't have been half as much of a let down for him if Eubank had come out guns blazing like he can.

Eubank was an oily **** when he was a fighter and his son is an oily **** too. So although I think Groves is also an oily ****, he's not in the Eubank class when it comes to oilyness or ****ness, so a good result.

Well easy night for gg too good at the fundementals of boxing for eubanks pretty played out as expected. Have to say I thought eubank would at least land a few testing shots at some point. Disappointing from him he didn't learn anything from his loss to Saunders. Arrogance maybe.

For me, Eubank didn't take the right risks at the right time. Was like watching a film with the audio out of sync.
