Been looking forward to the fight for months now. Tried to get tickets but my dad took ill on the day they were released and by the time we got back to it they'd sold out.

I like both fighters, although Kessler has been a favourite of mine since the Calzaghe fight. Their first fight was a war, if this fight is half as good it'll be a great nights entertainment, after the CL final too.

Think froch is going to do it personally and fully expecting an absolute battle as well. Can't wait

very good bill all the way down for once,.. Kessler weighs in 2lb under the limit which is odd imho.. maybe looking to make the fight slightly more tactical than the first war... just picking shots a little more instead of standing toe to toe for 12 wonderful rounds.
could go either way imho but i'd give the benefit to froch to outpoint Kessler this time simply because he's the home fighter making for a 3rd fight!.

Really? I think it's a poor undercard. Especially for a box office event. The overrated Bellew vs Chilemba, their last fight was a snooze fest, I suppose the Groves fight might be ok.

Definitely not paying for it, the boozer will have it.

the groves fight is the poor one imho his opponent has hit the floor very early in his last 2 fights & groves should be well covered.
callum smith another of the fighing smith family looks the to be going the right way very quickly

plenty of streams advertising the fight as well!

Agreed. Atrocious card for a ppv. The first Bellew-Chilemba fight was just about the worst I've seen all year and the Groves bout is little more than a warm up. Had the Bute-Pascal fight not been cancelled at the last minute then that would have added a lot more shine, but as things stand this is in no way a ppv worthy card.

Disappointed because when it was first announced I really thought that Eddie would pull out the stops to ensure that Sky persevere with the format going forward. I was expecting the card to be rounded out with fights like Barker-Lee, Groves-Anderson II, and Purdy-Vassell II. That would have been a decent night.

Matchroom, like those before them, have dropped off in terms of quality once their feet have been set firmly under the table at Sky. Always seems to happen. Big promises, positive early stuff then they settle in to the routine of scrimping and saving on undercards and putting on poor main events most of the time.

Saw the Groves KO. Pretty ruthless. Doesn't really tell us much cos the opponent wasn't anything to write home about but Groves is one of the very best finishers around on the domestic scene right now.

Didn't watch Bellew-Chilemba but sounds like it was another snoozefest. As usual Bellew a wanker in the interview after.

Callum Smith impressive again. That kid is going places.

Froch-Kessler at 23.15 apparently. Sky seem to be struggling to fill the time. Waste of an under-card.

This will be a cracker, I fancied Froch all week but now think Kesslar will take him again

Kesslar in round 9

Once Michael Buffer's dead what's prime time boxing going to do? It's going to be like a nature program without Attenborough.

Just backed Kesslar at 9/4 , too big a price for a 50/50 match

That is indeed a real good price. Reckon it's probably down to rumours regarding Kessler struggling to make the weight. I reckon he'll be fine though. He's a pro.

I only make Froch a marginal favourite due to the hometown factor and him being more active over the past couple years. Could for sure go the other way.
