Fucking hell! Can't believe there was a chance of throwing that away there, naivety hits us again with everyone bombing forward and leaving us vulnerable.

After Lamela came on though, that was so so positive and it started to look like the Spurs of old going forward, to have him attacking the goal and getting strikes off is just so good to see.

Really happy for Poch that we got the 3 points. Hopefully we can push on now and start getting some confidence back.

We now have 1 more point from the same set of fixtures than we did last year.

A win is a win & all things considered, we should be happy. Poor to give away that goal, though was a good finish.

We got the 3 points, which is absolutely the main thing.

But keep saying it... WE'RE NOT RUTHLESS ENOUGH.

We just can't seem to punish teams enough. So many chances to put Brighton to bed and didn't do it.
To be fair Liverpool were the same last week against us. A firing Kane would have sealed it for us then, he's just warming up.

No, when you need to see the game out and are two goals up, see it out. He put us in trouble.
He was through on goal. The breakaway is on the defence and specifically on Pochetinno who watched us get caught out on the counter time and time again today and did nothing about it.

Nah - not this time. Look he has been far from his usual self and for that 10 minute period he was back to good ol' Harry and couldnt care less if he was selfish. Not even bothered he missed them but the fact was that was very much like Harry and we damn well need him
I'm very happy that he was closer to his best in the last ten minutes, but that doesn't matter a jot when he just had to take the ball into the corner.

That defending in last 3min was absolutely fkin schoolboy. Should be embarrased. Totally switched off. I'd go fkin apeshit over that if I was Poch.
Anyway, up to 5th.
Thought we looked back to our old selves once 2nd goal went in. Very comfortable, quicker, Kane back to his threatening self. But Jesus those last few minutes defending. Cant do that.

Interesting that Kane had 3 chances / shots on goal as soon as moura went off

WTF, more of this Moura affecting Kane shit.

Would Moura of scored the last chance...hmmm

Kane had 3 shots all directly at the keeper.. Another poor and laboured performance. Sharp - my arse

That's just not in his nature, not in the position he was in. But that tells you about his mentality, and it will serve us right more times than it will hurt us.

Get in. Great result with a very difficult team and place to go. We played very well in parts. Looked like it was coming back at Inter. Lots of good signs tonight. Lamela made difference other players seem to feed of him. 4points behind city, you think we were in relegation fight to listen to press and some people on here. COYS. Let's keep going.

We seem to lack legs in midfield in the latter stages, again that should have been addresses in the summer. Just hope Wanyama can get back fit.

Has whatever mental block Harry's been struggling with, just been lifted?

Or is just the coincidence that he's playing with Dele and Lamela again...

I think playing with Dele and Lamela (especially the latter as he makes us so much more cohesive) helps massively.

One thing's for sure though, after that cameo fatigue was certainly not the issue he was having.

He might well have been through on goal, but there was nothing to gain from scoring. That's especially after what then happened. We almost dropper two points.
I'm happy that the usual suspects don't agree.

I don't understand why some people would seemingly rather Kane was anonymous than trying shots that didn't quite come off, but forced decent saves and on another day would've been scored.

Well, in the position we are in, dropping two points would have been disastrous.
