Y'know it's funny you mention Davenport Dibby as I was thinking either yestersay or day before we really should have kept hold of him - decent cover for King and we actually seemed to keep clean sheets back in them days...

You wouldn't want Davenport.

He's a nob basically. He manages a team in my Sunday League in Bedford called Gloucester Arms, and as my team are top of the table, and his team are 2nd, he came last weekend to watch us and spy on us.

He was there all pissed up, with a bottle of wine in his hand, giving it all the mouth and taking the piss basically. He'd been drinking since 8pm the night before apparently.

I don't know if he is injured or what is going on with him, but if I was Curbishley, I wouldn't be too happy with him.
