Jan, Sanchez, Dier, Foyth and Davies should be enough until Toby is back.

CCV should stay where he is, getting as much game time as possible.

Rumours we may recall him if Alderweireld doesn't recover soon.

If we do recall him I hope he gets game time otherwise should leave him where he is.
He has been benched at Sheff Utd. so I doubt he would be playing much for Spurs then. I rather buy the players who keep him out the team then :p

Yeah Cam got torched by Sessegnon of Fulham and was poor on a couple of their goals. I feel like it's a big moment in CCV's career, how he responds to being dropped will be the difference between making it here or having to build a career in the championship.

Absolutely agree - i've never had a problem with young players showing inconsistency or dips in confidence, how they respond is a true measure of their character. It's hard for defenders as mistakes are often costly but hopefully he knows this and will take his time in getting back into the fold there.

Probably faster than Toby, right now. Other than that, I'd bet on Vertonghen, Dier, Sanchez and Foyth to beat CCV in a race.
That's not saying much is it.;)

He looks slow though; always has, to me.

My gut feeling is he'd be too slow for us. Uber slow over the first few yards as well iirc.

Subbed off after 30 mins today due to performance not injury it seems. Fans saying he is making constant mistakes at the moment and has been a disaster since his shocker against Fulham. After a good start to his loan it seems to be turning a bit sour :(

Shame. Probably needs time out and to reassess. Either that or should he get selected just plow through and try to recover

Remember when we played Chelsea in youth cup semis a few years ago. Solanke turned CCV inside out numerous times. He is a bit slow on the turn. He’s big but maybe he is too big

Think this is biggest boy in the play ground syndrome. Lots of youth players selected on this basis particularly in the past. Looks slow and cumbersome relies to much on his physicality .

I remember Kane's first few games (and I saw him at Orient) for us he looked incredibly slow and quite weak in the men's game, look at him now.

Cameron's just turned 20, he might need to improve his agility and acceleration from a standing start, but that is stuff he can work on so I wouldn't write him off yet

Gone to Ipswich on loan until the end of the season. What a gutter, he was in the Playoff places and drops to mid table.
