Dread west ham, love an arsenal game.

Of course. I grew up watching us lose to Arsenal. They're a bigger club. If we win at theirs then it's underdog stuff.

West Ham are shit and smaller than us. We lose to them and it's embarrassing.

Therefore we have nothing to lose.

Tasty looking game for sure but that's not a draw I wanted at all. Barring the 5-1, our record against them in the cups over the past 27 years has been nothing short of an utter disaster, and going away from home gives them a big advantage. Only two Spurs players (Lloris and Llorente) were even born last time we won a cup game away at Arsenal, and even then we lost the second leg and went out!

Guaranteed that they'll come up with some stupid reason why we should have a smaller allocation than everyone else gets...

Draws have been so unkind to us this season that if we beat Arse we deserve Boro or Burton in the semi-final.

Agree with the west ham part, but it's that sort of mentality that will always keep arsenal above us.

I, like you, grew up with those bastards beating us, but the gap between the two clubs in terms of on-field performances and quality is minimal and we now have to start thinking we can go to their gaff and get a positive result. I know this doesn't happen very often, but that's now the case when with them they come to us.

The longer we feel we're inferior to them the longer we actually will be.

That only works if the players think like that which I'm not 100% on.

If we as fans do the business in creating an atmosphere when we go there then we are doing our bit. Unfortunately our lot that go Arsenal away sound pretty wank these days.

I'll get on the blower to poch and tell the players to buck their ideas for this game then innit.
