A bit similar to when VDV used to play off Crouch though. Crouchy used to hold the ball up for VDV to shoot to great effect. Would be very very happy to see Soldado and Eriksen strike up a similar understanding!

Highlights how tucked in Siggy is to.

Also shows from the game how we missed Rose and his surging runs forward. Considering Siggy tucked in so much it's such a shame that Naughton barely attempted an overlap all game. As we saw with the goal the key was to get in behind the back line and square it rather than the numerous outside the box potshots we had at a keeper in form.

But if you look you will see that it was Naughton's log pass to Holtby that led to the goal...!
