Saw this just now and wondered if any truth in it. I believe dispite his perfomance on Sunday, Berbs would go to MANU at the drop of a hat.

I know Carrick was good for us, but didnt see him as one that would want to destabilise our club,.................but then he never wanted to stay with us so I shouldnt be surprised.

Yeah i saw the headline on SSN website and thought here we go. but as always the title really sensationalised the actual story. Of course Carrick would like Berba at Man Yoo, i am sure Billy Davies would also like him at Derby but just because he is linked with Man Yoo it makes the headlines. Be good if the press would pick on someone else for a week, getting prettttttty boring

There's what Carrick actually said, and there's what they're making him out to say. Totally different things.

All these quote-based interviews with footballers are totally interchangeable anyway. None of them offer any originality or insight.
Just a case of "let's fill up a bit of space".

Come on ASE, read the article mate. It's some hugely dull, stock interview with a free paper that some journo has spun into something people might read, by attaching an utterly sensationalised headline. It's not even a story.
