It's really annoying that every season Arsenal work so hard to get into the CL, depriving another team of it, and then every year they're absolute rubbish in the actual competition. Then they'll no doubt finish in the top 4 again somehow.

I really don't think they will this year. Even not taking our own efforts into account, will they finish ahead of any of Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool? Can't see it.
I hope not, and I agree that those teams appear better, but I can see Chelsea and Liverpool dropping points against weaker teams, while Arsenal don't drop many points in such games. Wenger is either a moron, or he views their game against Hull this weekend as more important than this game. There's no other explanation for dropping Cech for Ospina. Fucking **** thinks that getting into the Champions league next season is more important than performing well in it this season. I hope we don't adopt the same attitude.

90% of the time a player takes a short run up you could put your life on it that he will miss. Awful penalty by Dembele.

This is going to finish 5 or 6

Arsenal never reach the high level the other challengers do but they are consistently good enough so that they don't go off the boil at some point during the season like the other sides and that only has to be an important enough factor for one out of four sides for them to make the top four.
It is the same reason they have got nowhere near winning the title in the last decade despite being in the top four every year.

Arsenal should be about 4-0 down by now such bad defending but PSG are looking v creative in the middle but a bit blunt in final third.

To think that Monaco beat these boys 3-1 we can expect them to have improved quite a bit since we played them last season.
