I'm fucking seething right now. Got on via the website, and then couldn't work out how to 'un-reserve' my season ticket as I wanted to be sat next to my missus who's only a Bronze member. Phoned up the ticket office (not ticketmaster), and he informed me how to do it by adding the two three-game packages of my required band and then clicking "add to basket", and then the fucking thing threw me out again and he told me he couldn't help me anymore.
So now I'm sitting there not being able to call through to ticket master and waiting in a queue to get back on the website again with no guarantee I'll actually be able to do it.

If its any consolation, last year I was in Majorca, and was queuing until around 3pm before I got my tickets.
I'm kind of clinging to that and assuming the ticketing is still as shit as last year.
I've not tried phoning - a bit tricky from work

Problem is, because they've utterly fucked up the timing with this the window today is only from 10am - 5pm. Why didn't they do this a week ago and leave each window open for a day?!
Fucking wonderful for those of us who have to work.

It wasn't too bad. I opened the website at 9:45 and got through the queue about 10:40. I did have 2 windows open one in Firefox and one in chrome. Only the firefox window got though so I think it limits you to one session.

Had the same problem yesterday, queued for 3 hours to get onto the ticketing site, and once I was in, it booted me off!! Ended up having to wait another hour at 9 o clock last night to get on and pay for my seats. Utter shambles!

Yeah I was lucky enough to get the ticket I wanted (cat 2) and looked at the view from seat and it was good enough. I always feel panicky with these things so I have to make sure I take a moment to make sure I get what I want.
