Prob because Utd set out for a 0-0 draw and that’s what they got. It’s something Mourinho is very good at.

I wouldn’t want him to ever manage us but my god he can suck the life out of a game and make sure he gets the 0-0

Modern day Don Revie.

Modern day Don Revie.

Most of their efforts tonight were just spoiling and breaking down the opponents play whenever possible.

The amounts of incidents that I thought were fouls was unbelievable but that also includes Sevilla to a certain extent.

That's modern football now.

It's not about winning anymore - it's about not losing - unless you are a lower placed PL club and you target certain winnable games and field weaker teams to not compete against the elite as per Everton recently against Arsenal by dropping or benching
their star players.

When the opponents score 5hat game plan fails

Counting in yiur opponent to miss sitters like they did

Or if they sell de Gea then that plan will invariably fail too

Lasted 11 seconds with us

5:55 kick-off would be a joke, I don't even finish work until 6!

I'd imagine home games would be the 8pm kick-off. I'd have to book the day off work to get to NWHL for a 5:55 kick off.

Thoughts on tonight's matches?

I am going for Liverpool and Real Madrid to win.

Madrid have benched Isco, Bale, Modric and Kroos, which seems odd, obviously Neymar is a huge loss for PSG but i'd expect them to win tonight, who out of the two will qualify is less than certain.
