Yeah but I'm not saying they won solely down to experience. 'Experience' is something that is never really reflected from the events of any match itself, it doesn't mean that it does have any bit of contirbution to it though.

It's annoying because people say they keep winning the CL because of experience but that doesn't really explain anything. They often cheat, play dirty, get help from the ref, and get supremely lucky. Those factors in addition to their admittedly very good team is why they've won it 3 times in a row.

Yeah it makes sense why Madrid players were hugging him lol.

But I've heard a lot of great players say that you get the cold shoulder in the dressing room for making bad mistakes in games, and they weren't talking about 2 awful errors in a Champions League final.
